Kristin Marsh, BS, BSN, IBCLC

Hi! I’m Kristin Marsh, RN, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), military wife, and mama to three beautiful humans. I have over 15 years of multi-disciplinary RN experience all over the country including ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Mother Baby Unit, and finally Lactation Consultant. After having my own kiddos, many years of serving in critical care, and the insights gained from a well-timed assignment to Europe, I felt called into maternal newborn care. I found immense value and profound gratitude toward my care team that provided the support I needed during my pregnancy, birthing, and breastfeeding journeys. This practical and emotional support was vital in building my confidence and leading to me finding my rhythm as a mama. It brings me deep joy to connect with families during their feeding and parenting journey and function as a part of their team.

The community we build together provides the scaffolding to move into parenthood well-equipped to navigate whatever challenges come our way. I am so honored to share my professional expertise and the practical wisdom I’ve gained from my own motherhood experience while supporting your feeding journey!

Maureen Legaspi, BSN, RNC-MNN, IBCLC

Hi, I’m Maureen! Firefighter wife, mama of three, and RN with 14 years of experience. As a mama of three kiddos, I know first hand the joys and challenges that come with breastfeeding. Each of my own breastfeeding journeys was unique, teaching me the importance of personalized support, patience, and compassion. These experiences inspired me to help other mothers navigate their own paths with confidence and ease.

I believe that breastfeeding is not just about feeding your baby—it’s a holistic experience that nurtures the whole family. My approach is rooted in providing gentle, supportive, and evidence-based care that considers your physical, emotional, and practical needs. Whether you're preparing for your first latch, overcoming a challenge, or navigating weaning, I’m here to guide and empower you every step of the way on your feeding journey.

Supporting families during this precious time is my passion, and I feel honored to be part of your journey. Together, we’ll work to make this experience as fulfilling and stress-free as possible.
